Time is a form of the course of physical and mental processes, a condition for the possibility of changing and developing things from the past, through the present into the future. It is always lacking, or vice versa, it is enough in abundance, and therefore you waste your life waiting for something. Nobody knows what the time depends on and hardly anyone thinks about it.

In classical physics, time is absolutely and unchanging. All clocks tick at the same speed, and all people perceive time the same way.

Quantum physics asserts the opposite and says that the system becomes active only at the moment when it is observed.

Einstein’s theory of relativity completely changes our paradigm for understanding time. She argues that the progression of time is not universal and depends on who changes it. Time slows down near gravitational masses or when moving at speed.

Gravity affects time. If you live on the upper floors, your

life goes faster than on the lower ones. Just like slowing down time when objects move at high speed. Acceleration of time at high altitudes has an effect on GPS satellites (and its effect is stronger than the effect of speed) and must be taken into account in order to accurately determine the location of objects.

In fact, time accelerates and slows down not only under the influence of gravity or speed, there are many other factors to change it.

The rate of change of time depends on the consciousness of a person. A person with his consciousness can change the length of time. It depends on, for example, what time a person woke up, how quickly he thinks, how quickly his life proceeds.

And every person, every living being and objects exist in their own times. Each of them has a different speed of passage of time. Even at the moment when people meet their own times do not overlap. With the compression of time, space is simultaneously compressed, since space-time is a single whole.

Time does not behave definitely when you do not pay attention to it, do not follow it, or, on the contrary, you follow it. It is impossible yet to understand approximately when time will shrink and when it will stretch, because no one has studied the process of changing it.

At the moment, there is no theory of time that would explain the flow and dependence of the total time and the proper time of objects. The tasks of such a theory of time will be to track fluctuations in time and establish the conditions for such changes. She should tell by what principle the time changes and how much it changes. It will tell you why time flows faster for some people, and slower for others, and what role our consciousness plays in this, if at all.

The process of creating such a theory is difficult to measure. When carrying out experiments, it remains unclear how to fix the change in the flow of time by the clock mechanism, which itself is inside the process of the flow of time and itself participates in it?

Although even without this theory it is already possible to make the first time machine.

This time machine will not move you, but time-space, will stretch or shrink. If you run out of time, you can stretch it out, or if you are tired of waiting, you can squeeze it. The only question is, if you stretch it, where will it then shrink?

It can be stated that the calculations in classical physics are done without corrections for time, not taking into account its changes, and therefore the probability of movement or change in the state of time according to the laws set by physicists is far from one hundred percent. After all, time is in constant motion with the universe, and we exist inside it.

Is it possible to fly to the star and not chase the increase in the speed of the rockets, maybe here it is worth thinking about the compression of time and space?

Sitting in a spaceship, you simply freeze time along with space. Do you think this is impossible? But in reality, the structure of our universe by laws and mathematical formulas, human logic at the moment cannot be explained yet.
